Hi Richard
I need your guidance. I have being working for an Airline company for over 21years, my position was made redundant and the last 4 months I have being looking for a job. Part of me wants to stay in the airline industry because its what I know, the our part wants to do something completely new.
I need guidance in the following, I am getting a lot of self doubt about myself and my abilities, i was previously bullied at work from a boss who thought my work was not quick enough. How do you overcome this with a world that wants everything fast?
Also I am panicking and I can feel anxiety building up about not having a job how do you overcome this ?
Though I want to do something new I was ask what am I good at,? and I cant believe I struggle with this question ,

Good Morning,
I am working on clearing old beliefs and fine tuning my desires, I notice that once I get clear about what I want, I get a feeling of guilt and I know that this is fear, and also not believing that what I want is okay. I am in a relationship I am more than ready to leave, I know how good I will feel when I am not in it, I then shut down and avoid dealing with this, because I have children and it feels selfish and possibly hurtful and Iam not sure how I can create this.I know I want to be free and I know I am ready to move and I know that I am pinching off interests and what I want. I rarely share what I want with anyone, because when I have I have been told it was not realistic or possible and that I needed to stay. I no longer give energy to the relationship meaning I do not dwell on it. I have been a stay at home mom for 1 years and I am having trouble seeing another way to live,. I am a painter, a free spirit and this life of doing what I think I should versus what makes me happy and fulfilled , makes me sad. At my best, I am light and love nd happy and interested in the world around me, I can feel the energy of change inside, but have trouble calling an image. This summer, I decided that I was intent on spending the summer at the beach and guess what, the opportunity presented itself and I took it, I began also to seel my art work again . My energy is crossed and I feel stuck, I know what I want and how I want to live and what I want to feellike, then I feel guilty.
How to I get beyond those feelings, that are blocks and be selfish in the best way?

Hi Richard,
I have your eight subliminal videos and I’m actually just starting to view them now on a regular basis. My problem is I’m in a relationship with a man I love a lot. I noticed that since I gained weight we began to argue more and more and now he hardly calls and I can feel the tension and distance between us. I have tried to talk to him about it but he just makes excuses saying that he’s busy. He use to tell me how much he loved me and misses me. Now he never says these things anymore. I am so hurt, lost and confused. My question is, about how long should it be before I start seeing results with the subliminal videos and which one would you suggest would be more effective. When I was younger until my late twenties I was able to see things just minutes before they happened. Today I do not see anything. What should I do? I know I still have the gift; I can feel it. I have a question: I am a speaker and love to inspire and encourage people who are struggling with their self-esteem. The only thing js that all of the 4 speaking talks I gave was free. For the life of me, I can’t get any paying ones. I also coach self-esteem. When I tell them of the price, they say they will call which they never do. My charges are quite reasonable at $100 for each coaching session. I know people who charge 5x’s that amount. Richard, can you tell me what affirmations could I recite for these two instances? Or what am I doing wrong?

Mariana, Be careful what you think, speak and write as this goes out into the universe and it is manifested in your life. Read what you wrote to me. “if you are aready in love with someone who does not love you back” This is what you wrote with alot of emotion…. This is what I suggest you do. Go to a place you really love, or do something you really love doing ; now imagine a man who loves you just as much as you love him. Feel it, speak it and write it down so it is all consistant. Feel the feelings like it is happening in the present moment. Now that you are in vibrational resonance with this feeling of a man loving you just as much as you loving him, it has to manifest. Any man that comes into your life who does not match this vibration would not even see you, only the man who is willing to love you deeply will come your way…..Warmly Richard.

But when I see the terrible news about a 16-year-old girl who was raped and murdered, I wonder did she really wanted that? How could she imagine that for her life? She imagined that in her mind an attracted that to her life? Or the case of a 6-year-old g. irl who died from an infectio

Your vibration needs to be lifted. Meditation will help lift your vibration. Try this; put a pen and paper near your bed. Every morning when you get up and every night before you go to bed write 10 things you are grateful for. Feel the gratitude when you write each item down.. This will lift your vibration. brendan’s Question: i want a lottery win. How can i get one?

Hey Brendan – This is a common question :)

Here’s the thing with trying to manifest anything a lottery win, if you are really good at manifesting and you’ve had some great results at being able to manifest most things into your life, then you if keep practicing and improving your skills you will be able to manifest a lottery win as well.

But, if you are good at manifesting, and are able to manifest most things that you want, why would you need to win the lottery?

On the other hand, if you’ve had very limiting success at manifesting anything, then you’ll need to work on improving your skills. It’s best to start with those things that don’t mean a lot to you and then work your way to the things that mean more to you.

It’s always easier to manifest things that don’t have a lot of meaning. When you practice this and see the results you’ll begin to become detached from the meaning of things, and as you do that, manifesting them will become easier.

It’s the meanings that we assign to things that create our internal blocks that prevent us from seeing what the universe has already created for us.

sabotaging is our own self?

Hey Christine – that’s exactly right. The only person that prevents us from doing anything is us. Let me give you an extreme example.

It’s against the law to break into someone home and steal their things. So 99.9% of the population don’t do it. It would be easy to say that the reason we don’t do it is because it’s against the law. But the real reason is because most of us recognize that it’s extremely hurtful and disrespectful to behave that way. So it’s not the law that prevents us from breaking into someone’s house, its a choice that we make based on the beliefs and values we were raised with, and, our current set of life circumstances.

The law is only there to help us deal with the people that break that trust.

The only reason we do things or don’t do things is because of our values and beliefs and our current set of circumstances. We decide at an unconscious level and them rationalize it at a conscious level.

The only difference between people who have those things that they want and those that don’t is the way they think about it. Just let me qualify that by saying that the case in most circumstances in most 1st world countries. There are always exceptions.

That’s a great question. The “But and Because” process reveals to us, our own beliefs and values. Many of those will be good ones, some of them will show limiting beleifs. The purpose of the exercise is to become aware of them all and decide what works for us and what holds us back.

When you identify behavior that crosses your boundaries, that if you were to accept it would result in you disrespecting yourself, then its a good “but and because”. There’s a word of caution here, just make sure you are delving right into true reason.

So lets have a deeper look at your example. You won’t except people being late BECAUSE you got fired for being late and you don’t want to have to fire them. The only reason you should be concerned about someone being late is if it effects their performance of their responsibilities or they are not making up for the lost time.

So ask yourself, are you drawing a boundary with them for being late because you got fired for being late, or are you doing it because it effects their performance?

Hey Sue – there’s another way to look at what you are experiencing….

There is a need for you to be the person that everyone runs too. Start knowing that people can solve their own problems – but only if you allow them too.

Don’t you think it’s time for you to do that now?

Thank you for replying to my question. I have another with regards to your response.
Don’t we all have a “need” to be needed? I KNOW people can figure things out for themselves but how do I let them know that without sounding like I can’t be bothered? That’s not me, to push away anyone, especially when they feel they “need” help.
Things such as knowing that I am broke and yet asking for a loan anyway! That was more the idea when I asked the first question.

Hey Sue, yes you are absolutely right, part of our makeup is to belong to a group. This is a very primal need or drive that we have.

But solving other peoples problems for them is not being needed. Teaching other people to solve their own problems is far more beneficial. I can’t recall the exact quote, but someone important once said, give a man a fish and you’ll feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and you’ll feed him for life” The only presumption here is that the man is ready to be taught how to fish :)

So it’s not a matter of pushing people away, its more about showing them how they can solve their own problems.

In your example of people asking you for money when you are broke, the best response is “How much do you need? and then What can you do to deliberately create that in your life now?” some people will just tell you that you are no help and they just want you to give them the money. Those people aren’t ready to learn how to fish yet. There’s nothing more you can do for them. Lending them money will only feed them for a day and tomorrow they’ll be hungry again.

Now there’s always going to be some circumstances when it’s important to feed someone for that day and you have to use your best judgement to decide when that is. For the most part, the best thing to do is to attempt to teach them to fish.

Dee’s Question: Why do I not seem to be able to quit smoking?

Hey Dee – Smoking is a physical and mental addiction! And it’s hard to give up, I know that because I’m an ex smoker.

When the needs of our bodies call they are very hard to ignore, and smoking becomes a need just like eating and drinking (water). Each step that you take towards giving up is great progress. The universe will help you as long as you truly want to give it up. Remember the universe doesn’t care if you smoke or not, it only cares about delivering the choice you make.

Think hard about the choice you are really making, at the deepest level, and then become determined to make it work. Know that even if you have a setback, its still a step forward because it will be one less setback closer to giving up.

Holly’s Question: I know that negative thinking is really nothing but habit; but, what is the best way to e-train yourself to think positively automatically instead of your first response being a negative thought?

The first step to training your first response to be positive is to recognize that you are having a response :) Most people don’t do this and then it all runs downhill rapidly. So to help you do recognize that you are having a response I suggest that you take 10 to 15 minutes each day to meditate. It’s a very little amount of time, but you will begin to create harmony between your conscious mind and unconscious mind.

Recognizing the response allows you to then take some action, like simply reaching for a more positive thought. That actually is the easy part, the hard part is pulling yourself up in time before it gets all too hard.

So – take a few minutes each day to exercise that wonderful muscle called your mind by meditating.
